Since I started Promoterz my Guest Retention rate has improved from 60.666 (the 3 months before Promoterz) to 62.66 (the three month after Promoterz) and it is still increasing! A 2% increase on 650 guests a week is an extra 13 guests per week, with a tickets average of over $20 is $260/week or about $1100 per month. Also, we have averaged 17 new customers per month (from the Promoterz referral coupons) and 78 (who bring in the Promoterz $2 off card) returning customers per month for the past 5 months. Promoterz is an absolute no-brainer!

Just wanted to thank you so much for introducing our company to “Promoterz”! Before this program, I felt very overwhelmed with all the information I was trying to capture from my customer to keep them feeling they were being heard and well taken care of. “Promoterz” has given me a fast and easy way to do this and with VERY little upkeep from me!
