Since I started Promoterz my Guest Retention rate has improved from 60.666 (the 3 months before Promoterz) to 62.66 (the three month after Promoterz) and it is still increasing! A 2% increase on 650 guests a week is an extra 13 guests per week, with a tickets average of over $20 is $260/week or about $1100 per month. Also, we have averaged 17 new customers per month (from the Promoterz referral coupons) and 78 (who bring in the Promoterz $2 off card) returning customers per month for the past 5 months.
